Certainly worth a try but found not to my taste and to explain why for others to understand I like the more tarty types like the trinidad by pralus, Maralumi by michel cluizel. There's so many to mention but you get my drift. The bars profiles help me a lot. Quite surprised this uses Trinitario as I have gotten into the train of thought I would like all chocolate bars made with trinitario but I realise the actual origin plays a huge part. Still amazing chocolate flavours.

And my taste for chocolate is the opposite completely which I suppose is why there are so many chocolate bars from different cocoa plants and origins. I do agree that it is a surprise to read this bar is made from trinitario cocoa however as I too understood that to provide a fruitier flavour profile (as these guys put it) which again only goes to show its how you treat and roast the beans too...I loved this chocolate bar and I would recommend to all those bitter dark chocolate lovers who like a really robust flavour that gives a bit of a chocolate kick.
