I really liked this dark chocolate bar from Equal Exchange. Having never tried their chocolate before, I was impressed with the smoothness and texture of the bar and chocolate origin itself had good fruity notes.
However, I still prefer the Valrhona Araguani, which has a similar cocoa content of 72%, but this is a very good bar.
