About Duffy's Chocolate

Duffy's chocolate, from Red Star Ltd in Lincolnshire, is one of only a few true bean to bar chocolate makers (cacaofevier) in the UK. Duffy's chocolate is made from a single year’s harvest of fine flavour cocoas and from single origins from around the world. The finished chocolate bars created by Duffy are unique in their flavour profile from one years harvest to the next without any intention to homogenise. Duffy's chocolate does not contain soya lecithin and as pure as fine chocolate should be, with diverse flavour profiles, bursting with full flavoured characters.

Absolute perfection!

I ordered both the Duffy corazon del ecuador chocolate bar (43% cocoa content) and this bar. Whilst the del ecuador bar has a slightly higher cocoa content, this wasn't really that noticable. I preferred this milk chocolate bars butterscoth flavours and hence gave this chocolate bar 5 stars and the del ecuador 4 stars.
