These unique "Eclats de Cacao" are grown on the Los Ancones plantation in Santa Domingo, and as such provide a cocoa bean of exceptional, fruity flavour and not at all bitter as one sometimes finds with cocoa nibs.
These cocoa beans are ground into fragments (nibs) and enrobed in fine dark chocolate of the highest Michel Cluizel quality. Exquisite.
