My personal favourite bar from pralus. I like the strong flavour and bitterness very much. Particularly nice with coffee. My taste is over 75% cocoa content. When bittersweet chocolate becomes bitter. 85% is my limit for reference so you can judge for yourself. Little acidity preferred.

Beautiful chocolate to my taste as I like the higher cocoa dark chocolate with that smokey edge. The Equateur bar from pralus also is a similar, non fruity dark chocolate which is another now favourite of mine. It seems from reading other bar reviews on here that there is two main chocolate camps; fruity and smokey. I am a little disappointed that I don't really like the fruity dark chocolate types however as that seems to be the better quality of chocolate, or cocoa bean anyway that is used.

For a 75% bar this is my favourite. A great tip for a newbie to dark chocolate. Pralus knows how to do everything right! Personally my favourite bar ever is the 100% but if you're dabbling lower then I would recommend this one!

It is exactly what it says on the tin. It tastes like you're eating a caramel bar. It is soft and smooth and the flavours just linger in your mouth. Although sweet (75%) the caramel flavour of this Trinitario bean is not sickly but luscious and I'm embarrassed to say, I ended up eating the whole 100g bar in one sitting (and two decaf coffees). Not good for weight loss in this respect ... it is incredibly moorish. Pralus never disappoint!
