This non alkalised (not dutched), fine cocoa powder is created from single origin cocoa from the Sambirano valley Madagascar. A naturally fruity and non bitter cocoa powder of superior quality and flavour.

Preparation and usage:

Mix 2 - 3 tablespoons (10g) into smoothies, yoghurt, cereal, baking or other foods you enjoy daily.

Hot Chocolate drink; first mix 1 teaspoon with a little milk, add hot milk, whilst stirring, in cup.
