2A little disappointing
Wow! what happened to this? This used to be easily one of my favourite chocolates, now with the latest delivery that has arrived (May 2017) things have changed. Obviously now using a different recipe it no longer has "Organic" on the wrapper. The fat, protein, fibre and carbohydrate values are all completely different and the taste is... well, just not as good. All the lovely complexity of flavour that the previous version had has diminished, this appears to be heading in a blander / more commercial direction. Not impressed, why change a winning formula - if it ain't broke don't fix it.

3Worth a try
A very distinctive liquorice flavour. Not unpleasant but quite apparent even though no liquorice appears on the ingredients list.

5Absolute perfection!
Dark chocolate lovers will really enjoy this 85% dark chocolate Madagascan bar. Full of flavour - a small piece goes a long way. Looking forward to trying the other higher cocoa percentage bars from this previously unknown (to me) chocolate producer. Enjoyed reading the Chocolate Trading Company's introduction to this chocolatier, apparently based entirely on the island of Madagascar.

A wonderfully long lasting taste, slow to melt on the tongue. Perhaps a little too bitter for me, and I did prefer their 70% cocoa content bar slightly more for that reason, however, it was nice to try a selection of different chocolate bars from a real bean to bar chocolate maker and compare the differences.
