I use these chocolate pearls on cupcakes and particularly with wedding and girlie themed cakes. Whether it be sprinkled or used to create patterns I think they are wonderful. Very high quality and at wholesale prices! I love you guys. I wish you did bigger bags though, which I have asked btw and callebaut don't.
