I have been converted !
I previously used to use Menier patisserie chocolate that was available in supermarkets. However, this involved chopping the bars up and they didn't always melt that well. These little buttons are superb. The flavour is excellent, there's no chopping and they melt like a dream when you make ganache with the hot cream.
DIVINE - try them - you won't be disappointed.

After a years of chocolate work such as truffles, and moulding easter egg with Menier and Nestle Dessert I had enough !!!!!. The chocolate doesn't melt well than it's stay thick, so back in Late November i decide it was time for a change and try lots of new chocolate, and so far Callebaut range it's absolutely fantastic. you get that rich creamy smooth texture of what a chocolate should be.
When you go Callebaut they're is no going back, Also it's a very good price too which help a lots :)
