Great quality and value chocolate curls, which unlike some inferior products you can buy online, are actually real chocolate. I will definitely be buying all my couverture and decoration needs from the Chocolate Trading Company in future.

Always consistently high quality and value for money chocolate cooking ingredients from the Chocolate Trading Co. Delivery is reasonable, quick and the chocolates packaged so well I've never suffered any crushing or melting, even in the recent heatwave.

5Absolute perfection!
White chocolate curls - finally, I can buy bulk tubs on-line for use in my cake business, at wholesale prices.
The fact the tubs are resealable makes them even better value. The next day delivery of my chocolate order was prompt and well packaged.
The chocolate curls themselves are of a very high quality and consistent in their size, making an ideal cake decoration. I've previously used the white chocolate curls on wedding cakes, but they are equally popular as cup cake toppings too.

Another great Callebaut product supplied on time by Chocolate Trading Co. These white chocolate curls made an ideal topping for chocolate mousses (also made with Callebaut mousse powder) and provided a nice contrast to the dark chocolate. Securely packed and received in perfect condition with plenty of best before date on them.
