Delicious chocolate, dark yet not at all bitter...perfect for cooking or just eating straight from the bag!

This Callebaut 53% cocoa strength dark cooking chocolate is ideal for baking with and not so bitter that you can't resist eating a few as you're cooking. Amazingly good value and the people at Chocolate Trading were so helpful when I called them for advice on the most suitable chocolate to use.

Bought this for chocolate chip cookies -- perfect for this purpose. I used to buy the 70 percent strength but I'd say the 53 percent is fine!
