Description

A fruity dark chocolate bar from Bonnat as one would expect of a chocolate created from fine flavour Trinitario cocoa grown in Madagascar. A low roast dark chocolate allowing the fruity flavours to dominate throughout.

About Bonnat Chocolatier

The Bonnat family has been creating chocolates since 1884 from the town of Voiron in France. Bonnat is the oldest family-run chocolate company in France today and is steeped in history and thrives on its family traditions and nostalgia. Bonnat has changed very little along the way compared to many brands but has continued to expand the Bonnat brand throughout the world. It was Raymond Bonnat who in the early 1980’s began the pioneering approach of making the single origin chocolate bars at Bonnat we see today. Many of these 'Grand Crus' have won prestigious awards around the world.

5Absolute perfection!

It can be hard finding new chocolatiers, especially the smaller, quality chocolate makers so thank heavens for the Chocolate Trading Company, who continue to source and stock new chocolate delights. My selection of Madagascan chocolate from Bonanat, Marou and Chocolat Madagascar arrived well packaged and even contained a small note from Chocolate Trading, explaining how they use only bio-degradable foam chips and recycled cardboard in their packaging.
