Out of the 85% cocoa chocolate bars I have tried this and the michel cluizel grand noir 85% are my favourites. Bitter but not burnt and you can just tell its a good cocoa. Pralus would have been in my top three but it does vary a little and can be quite heavily roasted at times.

I like the heavy roasted chocolate bars and this, along with some of the Pralus chocolate bars such as the Equateur and Colombie, both at 75% dark chocolate I would definitely recommend.

Strong, acidic with vanilla flavours, this chocolate leaves a lovely initial impression. However the consistency is quite dry and rough and ruins any flavour. Shame really. I won't be buying it again.
