Superior quality, 99% cocoa content, dark chocolate couverture (cooking chocolate) chips. An extra bitter dark chocolate not for the faint hearted.
These dark chocolate chips are Ideal for baking, desserts, decoration, making chocolates, mould making and hot chocolate. Due to the very high cocoa content, a little of this dark chocolate will go much further, also with the added benefit of being able to add sugar to taste. A much healthier option. Now in resealable bags.
