An economical resealable bag of high quality Belgian dark (70% cocoa) chocolate couverture (cooking chocolate) chips. Available in 200g, 500g, 1kg and bulk 2.5kg & 10kg bags. Created for easy melting and a wide variety of uses.
These chocolate chips are perfect for; chocolate fountains, cakes, desserts, baking, decoration, chocolate fondues and mould making.
Chip size measures approximately 10mm diameter.

very good chocolate and the best I have had actually so would throughly recommend these chips to anyone. I use them for chocolate making and my wife for her chocolate desserts and general recipes. Lovely full chocolate flavour and so easy to work with.

Very nice chocolate indeed which I use for all my chocolate recipes. Icings, fillings, ganache and moulding. Great value and such a fast delivery I can now order the day before if I find I have missed someones birthday.
