100% dark chocolate bar

Whilst most of my family would rather eat coal this very high cocoa chocolate bar and the 100% bar by Pralus is to my taste, sensational. I have been told I have a palate that does not detect very bitter flavours hence why to me, this bar is not as frightening as it reads. I enjoy a little a day - keeps the doctor away so I read in the Times. So if like myself you have a taste for very bitter dark chocolate then I would recommend this as a treat, for body and soul.
