The Grenada Chocolate Co.


	The Grenada Chocolate Company was founded in 1999 as a cooperative company. They create high quality dark chocolate from local, organic ingredients at their solar powered facility nestled in lush rainforest. Using fine flavour Trinitario cocoa, un-refined sugar and natural vanilla their chocolate is as pure as chocolate should be and encapsulating all the characteristics of its origin.

NEW! Produced and packaged by the cooperatively managed Grenada Chocolate Company. Using organic, fine flavour Trinitario cocoa, un-refined sugar and natural vanilla. A wonderfully rich and flavoursome chocolate with acidulous top notes balanced with deeper notes of liquorice and prune brought out by the higher sugar content, compared to the more robust 71% bar. Creamy texture and long finish.
